Loaded Pepperoni Pizza Fries Game Day Recipe - Happy Fry-Yay!

Remember a few weeks ago when  we had a sort of french fry buffet? Well here's the other half! After the little one swiped my chili cheese fries, I decided to make some loaded pepperoni pizza fries instead! (She doesn't like pepperoni!)

The process was super easy. Half of my family is Italian, so we ALWAYS have a container of sauce in the freezer. It just so happened that we had pepperoni and sauce already ready to go (another favorite in our house) so I heated it up and poured it over a batch of fries.

Next, I covered the fries with tons of cheese.

And more pepperoni of course!

I baked them at 350 degrees for 20 minutes - just long enough to melt the cheese nicely. Remember that I started with hot fries and hot sauce, so your pepperoni fries may need more or less time in the oven depending on how they start. Just watch for the cheese to start to get nice and bubbly.

That's it! Plate up your loaded pepperoni pizza fries and hope no one steals them!

I eat a little bit like a kindergartner and don't like anything "yucky" like olives, mushrooms, or onions on my pizza (and therefore my fries), but if those are your favorite pizza toppings, I bet you'll like them on your fries too! How about Hawaiian pizza fries? You could even put anchovies if you wanted (FYI it's reeeeeeeally hard for me to resist putting a "yuck" emoji here!)

No matter what you top them with, I highly suggest having a Fry-yay buffet at your house. It's fast, easy, and fun! (Be sure to serve up a salad for a little veggie nutrition, too!) As for us, I think we'll be adding the fri-yay buffet to permanent rotation around here. It's a great way to use up those leftovers!

Would you make chili cheese fries, loaded pepperoni fries, or something else?
