1 1/2 tablespoons butter
2 sprigs of dill, rosemary, or thyme – or all 3 if you’d like!

Questions People Ask:
You can add any vegetables that you want to – the only thing to remember is that if you add something like potatoes, you may need to adjust the time accordingly so that the potatoes are cooked and the carrots are not mushy. Vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, and other root vegetables are a better bet.
Sure! You can freeze any leftovers – though there probably won’t be any because Instant Pot garlic herbed carrots are so good!
While I highly recommend getting one so that you can make all kinds of steamed veggies – check out this recipe for Easy Instant Pot beets – you can use any type of metal bowl that fits in there. When I make Instant Pot Fudge I use a metal bowl like this one.
You can really serve them with anything you’d like, but I’d suggest going with Instant Pot Baby Back Ribs, Instant Pot Lemon Butter Chicken, or Easy Instant Pot Teriyaki Chicken.
